Miglustat for Hepatitis C


In laboratory tests, miglustat has shown the ability to reduce Hepatitis C viral load and prevent the emergence of drug-resistant, mutant strains of the Hepatitis C virus. The drug may prove useful in preventing Hepatitis C relapse as part of a combination therapy with other drugs. We are currently exploring opportunities for licensing and co-development of this technology.
